From Teachers to Salesmen to factory workers, the Baton Rouge Orchid Society (BROS) has members from all backgrounds. We all have the desire to learn about growing and blooming the most beautiful plant ever created: the orchid.

We are a 100% volunteer organization that is supported by a network of enthusiasts and we would love to share our knowledge and passion for this incredible species with you. Visitors are always welcome to attend our meetings. If you have a "problem plant" bring it to the meeting and we'll help you bring it back into full bloom, or diagnose the cause of its condition.
